I had a walk-in appointment with Zin, and she was terrific. The image and video were taken about a week after my nails were done. It's been twelve days, and all my nails are still intact, so the retention is on point (around this time, I typically have a few nails missing). Also, customer service was good. She expressed concern about my natural nails' health, and there wasn't just awkward silence the whole time…
